Every Twenty Seventeen Treats order is freshly prepared and carefully packaged to help your treats arrive as delicious as possible.
Processing Time
Shipping orders are open 7 days a week. Because every Twenty Seventeen Treats order is baked fresh to order, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed Wednesday through Saturday will ship the following Monday. Carrier transit time begins after your package has been shipped.
Shipping Order Minimum
Shipped cookie orders require a minimum of 4 cookies. Our gourmet cookies are carefully packaged to help them travel safely and arrive as fresh and delicious as possible.
Shipping & Tracking
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your treats on their way to you.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
Carrier Delays
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control. Twenty Seventeen Treats is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
A Little Sweet Advice
We recommend bringing your package inside as soon as possible after delivery, especially during warmer weather.
Our treats are made with lots of love—and some pretty delicious toppings! During warmer months, chocolate, drizzle, icing, and other heat-sensitive toppings may soften or melt while your package is in transit.
Unfortunately, once your treats leave our kitchen, we cannot control temperatures or weather conditions along their journey. Twenty Seventeen Treats is not responsible for melting or other heat-related changes that may occur during shipping.
But don’t worry—a little Texas heat doesn’t make them any less delicious!
Sweet Tip: If your treats arrive a little warm, allow them to cool at room temperature or pop them in the refrigerator for a few minutes before enjoying.
